You may select a shipping method before payment, with options including "PRE-ORDER" (for pre-sale items) or "Priority Fulfillment+Rapid Shipping"

Pre-order orders will ship within 9 business days, while Priority Fulfillment orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and shipping location.     Please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods."

Missing Packages:

we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience.   please double-check your shipping address and postal code for accuracy before making a payment to avoid potential delivery issues caused by incorrect information.  Once your order leaves our facility and is marked as "delivered" by USPS, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. In such instances, we recommend reaching out to your neighbors to check if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.  Alternatively, you may file a claim with your local USPS to initiate the necessary steps for resolution.
